Chris Morgan serves as Chief Executive Officer of LBMC W Squared, leading a 40+ person outsourced accounting organization headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee and serving clients nationwide. He joined the firm in 2006 as one of its first staff accountants and progressed through roles including Controller, Client CFO, Implementation Specialist, and Chief Operating Officer before stepping into the CEO position. Throughout his career, Chris has worked with healthcare organizations, SaaS companies, and multi-entity businesses navigating growth, acquisitions, and increasing reporting complexity. His focus is building disciplined accounting environments structured around the right people, defined processes, and aligned systems to support scale without sacrificing control.
