Mandy Kennedy

Mandy Kennedy serves as Vice President of Operations at LBMC W Squared, where she leads the firm’s operational strategy and execution across accounting, client management, marketing, and human resources. Since joining W Squared in 2013, Mandy has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s people-first culture while driving operational excellence and scalable growth.

With a foundation in public accounting, Mandy began her career providing audit and tax services before transitioning into the healthcare industry, where she advanced into a Director of Operations role. It was there that she discovered her passion for people leadership and organizational effectiveness—ultimately guiding her career toward operational leadership. While an accountant by training, Mandy is known for her ability to translate financial expertise into strong team leadership, efficient processes, and exceptional client experiences.

At W Squared, Mandy is recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and creating systems that enable both employees and clients to succeed. She is deeply committed to fostering a culture rooted in trust, loyalty, and service, with a belief that when people are supported and valued, strong results naturally follow. Her leadership philosophy reinforces the firm’s work goes beyond debits and credits to building meaningful, lasting relationships.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University. She and her husband, Brett, live in the Brentwood area with their daughters, Harper and Norah. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time in the kitchen—her favorite way to unwind—and cheering on her daughters at the softball fields.
