As a former Controller within W Squared, Mandy led month-end close and financial reporting for clients ranging from early-stage companies to organizations generating more than $85 million in annual revenue. Her background in public accounting and operational leadership gives her a practical understanding of how disciplined processes and clear accountability drive reliable financial performance across healthcare and other complex organizations.
